4 years and it hasn't been repossessed yet,,,wow thats amazing...he needs to call who ever did the finacning for it and get up to date with the payments
and it didn't get repo'd? try calling the company that gave you the loan originally...
Contact the financing agency or get a credit report done so you can figure out who to contact. It's probably in collections now or the account might be wrote off.
Depending on the statute of limitations in your State, (go to NDRC.com and look it up) you may be able to just wait it out and pay nothing. Once the S.O.L. has expired you can not be sued for the debt.
If the lender has made no attempt to repossess the bike by now most likely them have charged off the account.
