What bank will refinance my home with a 529 credit score?
Answers:
I don't understand how you can be facing foreclosure if you've always paid your mortgage in a timely fashion. A combination of a single delinquent credit card and a single collection in your past seems unlikely to create a credit score this low. Can you bring the credit card current? Is the mortgage current? If it is, now is the time to talk to your existing mortgage lender before the loan starts to go bad.
If this collection company never ever sent you something then you can be saved. Call the collection company who did this and tell them they never sent you letter or anything stating that you were in collection. I would complain about this because how can you know if you weren't ever notified? With that fixed you credit score should go up. The credit card in delinquent will be a problem. Try to come to an agreement with the credit card company. Explain your situation, etc. sometimes they give you a break. I guess it depends on who you speak to at the credit card company. I would also suggest you get to this quick. To answer your question, most likely not. If they do it will have very high interests rates...

I'm not exactly sure which bank will do it, but If you're short on time you may need to try a broker. My credit score was never that low but I know that my loan officer does everything. He took care of my friend who was gettting near that situation. Email me if you like and i can give you his contact info
I would look in the poor credit section of www.bestmortgageanswers.info
They have several lenders that will have no problem loaning the money, as long as you have a semi-decent income.
