Which prepaid card brand is best?

I know what they are, what they do and all that milarky. My question is, what is a good LEGIT brand that is popular and trustworthy, i heard of one called "wired plastic", but i dont know how trustworthy it is

i prefer greendot mastercard but i have netspend and wired plastic. i never had a bad experience with wired plastic but i've heard some bad things about them. try greendot at greendotonline.com
