Its about 1 dollar to 140 Naira (check ur calculators right before you go though).
Negotiate to get the best rate ( they always jack up the rates for tourists/foreigners, they might offer you as low as 135 Naira for your dollar ) and be ready to walk away from any money changer.theres always a bunch of them around.
Make sure you have a guide all the time.
