Im sure some of the creditors who call the debtors are subject to much verbal abuse I was probably one of those debtors. If you as a creditor could have the power to punish us for 1 hr in you fantasy world how would you do it? jail a beating maybe ? remember its just for an hr. i personally have straightened myself out

Believe it or not, there is a code of conduct for debt collection, to some degree regulated by the Federal Trade Commission, so the laws of our land dictate to some degree.

I saw in the news, this debt collector was harrasing this guy that owes a CC some $$..problem was the guy being abused wasnt the right person and he was a supreme court judge .lol that was funny
