Try ringing a financial adviser or perhaps a bank like Westpac and ask whether her credit rating has been recorded and whether there would be a way she may be eligible for a credit card. Credit ratings do expire over a number of years but all credit cards generally expect someone to disclose all their financial information on the application form.
