I am out of college, and my credit score is in the 613-620 range. I need to build some accounts..?
Answer:
Don't listen to everybody you need credit. If not to buy a car and I home to get a job and pay lower insurance rates depending on the state you live in. You can go to like JCPenney that was one of my first cards I got at 17 (that was years ago). Also you can ask a family member who has had very good established credit for years to add you to one or some of there oldest cards as a authorized user that helps alot. If you don't believe me look on here they either call it piggy backing or riding on someone shirt tails.

you have a good credit score you should have no problem
The first thing you need to do is stop applying for more credit. Every time you apply for credit it's does not matter if it's for a car or store credit card your fico drops. If you want to improve your fico start paying down your balances. If you don't have any and you still want to improve your fico you can call the credit agencies and find out why you fico is low.
Let me understand ? You want to increase your "I Love Debt Slavery Score". Why? debt scores are for those who haven't learned cars and houses can be bought with out a FICO score. Get a visa with a 5000 limit
pay all your bills YES all of them on that card for 2 months
THEN PAY IT OFF
Do this again with another card
this will raise your score SIGNIFICANTLY when you pay this off
