How do i get my beacon score (credit score) free?

i have obtained a copy of my report many times but the score is not on the report.some places say i can get it for $40. know any place to get it for free? cheap?

You can get a free Experian score by joining their monitoring service. Cancel within 30 days and pay nothing.

Some credit card companies like Providian (now owned by Washington Mutual) give free FICO scores. I've been with them for years and the scores are updated each month which is very useful.
