my nieces father died suddenly on monday. He just had a new deck put on his house & paid for it with his credit card. Who is nresponsible for payment. Will it come out of his estate ? She lives in Alabama.
Answer:
Yes, ordinarily all debts are settled from the estate.
I think so cuz somebody has to pay for it
IT WILL COME OUT OF THE ESTATE. IF HE HAD LIFE INSURANCE IT COULD BE PAID THROUGH THAT.
Sorry for your loss , All his debt is going to be taken off his estate
It should come out of the estate.unless monies are tied up in a trust. A trust cannot be sued, but with inheritance, the party can be sued.
