The credit card is also known as credit, this is different from your credit score. You will have a limit of how much you can spend and that is the credit that you have available.

If it is approved u have credit instantly (mostly) or u migth have to wait till the card arrives.
Once your credit is approved it will take a few weeks before you are sent a credit card. Use it wisely.
you probably have credit, if you didn't you would of not got credit.
