Is buying from courts on ready credit schemes worth it?

I have bought some furniture from courts on ready credit scheme. Once, i repaid late, they asked professional hooligans to haunt you. Apparantely, those hooligans that courts hire are not under the name of courts and courts will not answer to whatever actions that they do. For example, I have been paying to this certain account number for a number of months and i'm coming to my end of my repayment period, one of the hooligans called up and said that i have been paying to the wrong account and shouted vulgarities at me.

what a service does courts supply, i strongly discourage anyone that is planning to buy on this scheme to re-consider,

Answers:
how does the hooligans know u have been paying to the wrong account? Either its the wrong account of the same person or its your excuse to him y u default on your payment.

there is actually NOT much u can do, probably wat u can do is make a police report and use the "I made a police report" to threaten them. else, there is nothing, even the police can do. Other then dat, change your mobile, or live in condo to prevent unwanted people to haunt you.

Courts basically caters to a group of people who are low to middle class, who are attracted by the buy now, pay later. But when something crop up, i.e, family problems, retrenchment, people find it hard to repay the loans.

If u really really can't pay, they will take back the goods.

For people who have ready cash, they DUN buy from courts, cos retails shop usually offers better bargains & deals.
I am confused is courts a store?
They should be from the collection agency. I encourted once, the guy was quite nice, listen to my problem, and promise to laise with Court and get back to me on a lower instalment. I believe human communication is a 2 way traffic, if you are rude, people will normally be reciporcal as well.
