the best way would be to approach a near by ICICI bank branch anywhere nearby ur place
but for applying there are few formalities to be fulfilled
u will need a proof of identity of urself and address proof where u reside , Passport is good enough or Voter's card
or driving license
based on ur assets they will give u the credit limit.
