If you were offered both of the following credit cards in a retail store, which would you choose, and why?

Card one:
No Anual Fee
In-store purchases only
22.64% Interest Rate
No Interest for 6 months (purchases $299+)

Card Two:
No Anual Fee
Used anywhere
14.24% Interest Rate
4% Money back on in store purchases
2% Money back on dinning/travel
1% Money back on everything else

If you prefer one over the other, what could be done to make you want the other as well?

CARD TWO is much better! The interest rate is much lower! And you can use it anywhere (with the ability to earn rewards). Of course, you might want to compare other reward offers too (before you decide). You can find a complete list here:

duh..card two because its a lower interest rate, and you can use it anywhere!! the only thing that card one has is no interest for 6 months, then at the 6 month they charge you for all the interest accrued from the beginning! don't go with card one.been there done that! and the perks of 4% money back insore, and2% on dinning, 1% on eveything else..You sold me where do i sign
