If someone got a hold of my social security number, current address, telephone number and a copy of my drivers license what damage can they do if I have bad credit. I don't have any credit cards at this moment. Is there a way they can find out all of my business information? I reviewed my credit report and found nothing suspicious on there. I didn't issue a fraud alert yet because I'm trying to get a car(with a high interest rate). Some say I have nothing to worry about because my credit is not good at all. Is there a way they can get my bank account information? Right now there's not a lot in there but after I received my tax refund there will be.

They could make your bad credit worse...
If they have all the information you listed, they own you! You should be very worried regardless of how bad your credit is. They can commit crimes using your identity and you can be thrown in jail, they can open accounts and you will be held responsible for paying them. You need to report this information as stolen and alert the credit bureau.You could be in some serious trouble...and it won't always show up immediately!
