Is there anyone out there that will lend money based on high income but low credit?

Due to unfortunate incidents, I have a low credit rating. I have a house that is paid off which I'm looking to refinance. I have a good income (which is verifiable) but with my low score, I'm finding it hard to fnd someone that will lend me money at a half decent rate. Anyone have any suggestions?

Try Lending Tree, Ive only heard good things about them!
Sure, but you'll pay interest through the nose. The only thing that will fix your credit is time. Try to pay cash for most things and also try to establish a good credit record with utility companies. If you have a student load, pay it as you agreed to and it will make a huge dent in your negative credit.
You're asking for suggestions...don't do it. Don't borrow against a paid-for house. You say you have high income, you should develop a plan to live of of it. Otherwise, based on your bad credit habits, you will likely lose your house. Then, you will live in your car and blame the mortgage company.

Live your wage. Live within your means. Try it for a year or so. You'll be amazed the difference in your stress level.
if you own a car i would look for a title loan place they will be able to help you out
This site has helpful information about bad credit loans. http://loan.divinfo.com/ Good luck!
If you have a house that's paid off, you should not have a problem getting a no-credit check mortgage on it. You wouldn't be able to finance 100%, but you should be able to finance 60% LTV.
