Does anyone know how i can find out if my truck is under my name?
Answer:
I don't know what planet these other folks are from..
But where I live you contact the state department that regulates vehicle licensing. Here it is the secretary of state. Ask for a copy of they title.
It will show one owner, and/or a co-owner. Banks or other loan providers are listed as secured interests on the car.
if someone co-signs your loan, then by law they'are on your title. The credit goes to the co-signer. The lien holder (bank) also goeson your title as a first subordinate (which means they have to sign off before you can sell the vehicle), as does the co-owner.
Um, is the tag in your name? That will tell you. Credit goes to the one using their credit.
look on the title of ownership
i believe that the title is in the co-signers name. in some states, after a year the co-signer can be removed and the title put into your name. the credit should be going to you.
TRY THE DMV. THEY WOULD HAVE TO ISSUE THE TITLE. i JUST DID THIS. BLESSINGS
