Oh my god.Stay away!!Very far away!I had this card up until a month ago.It is by far the absolute worst card available to anyone.No customer service,fees totaling 270.00 a year and constant mistakes on my account.Customer service is incapable of handling the smallest issue much less a big one.They change my monthly payment from 20.00 to 100.00 claiming I asked them to do it.They said this request can only be done by mail.I have never written them or even mailed a payment inEverything(application and payments)has always been done online.Go with Orchard bank.Their customer service has been great and the website functionality is much better.Orchard inquires to your Experian report and Imagine(tries to make it sound like they don't)inquires to your Equifax report.I've seen both inquiries on my reports because I check them every day.E mail me if you're not convinced or go to ripoffreport.com and search Imagine Mastercard or first bank of delaware.First Bank of Delaware manages this card as well as Compu Credit.
Try to stay away from this card. The fees are HUGE. If you are needing a sub-prime card, try Orchard Bank.
