How can I get a credit report while I'm deployed?

I am currently deployed and trying to take care of some credit issues. I can't order a credit report from annualcreditreport.com because the ip address for the computer is not in the United States and freecreditreport.com is giving me the run around saying that I need to call them. Well I really don't have the means to just call when I feel like it. So, I'm wondering if there is anyother way to get my current credit report.
