Is it a Wal-mart store card? Or a major credit card you are having trouble using at Wal-mart? The thing that comes to mind first is to ask if you call to activate the card?

has a limit on how mush they let you used. rip off they say you have credit for this mush, heck you go used it, darn if they refuse it. i had that happen to me.But you didn,t give me much whats going on help you better fix your question.

If you have ever bounced a check at Wal-mart they can blacklist you till its paid. Yes even credit cards also check with Certegy in florida about checks and blacklisting
