I need a solution to fraudulant businesses.?

Be careful, and use a lot of common sense. Don't buy from a company who is new to you unless you use PayPal to pay the bill. That way you don't give them your credit card data and have some protection.
Yes, sir, The Better Business Bureau. Report you claim to them. The are a company that does this for a living. go to www.BBB.org. They will be more than glad to help.
Stay away from questionable businesses. If a deal looks too good, it's probably a bad idea.
1. file a complaint with the better business bureau. if not resolved, file a complaint with the state agency which investigates fraudulant business practices. if not satisfied, contact the federal trade commission.
depending on what you were sold, and under what circumstances, you may be able to file a civil damage suit against the business, and its owners/operators.
these are not the only steps you can take, but you would need an attorney to get any other information on what you can, and cannot, do. a local law office will be able to offer some information with a phone call, or you may need to hire an attorney to follow the various routes you can take. in most cases, an attorney may seek not just damages, but court costs and attorney fees if it has to go that far.
Not trying to get into your business. But a lot more information would need to be given to get an effective answer. There are a lot of avenues you can follow depending on the circumstances. GOOD LUCK
