What should Do with Bank of America?
Thank You for your help
Answers:
Go to the bank and talk to someone in person. If possible bring documentation about the scam, or documentation that shows your account history before this scam. Deffinatly get your parents involved, because at 17 you are not legally old enough to have an account at Bank of America without their consent. (They must also be included on the account)
You could try to call a credit counceling agency, but I think you'd be better off trying to get this done in person. I agree with the other answer that said as a last resort call a lawyer!
Bankers have no sense of humor at all... Go back to the person or business that gave you the check and ask them to help you fix your mess-up... or ask your parents for help. It sounds serious enough to get a lawyer involved if the bank won't delete this from your record. I assume no money exchanged hands... ?
