Filing Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Question?

Is there a penalty for paying bnkrpt. 13 off early? and do unsecured claimed creditors get paid too, if it is paid off early? Or just the secured creditors?

Answers:
There is no penalty for paying off Ch. 13 early. I did it. It is great! However, I think that you must wait until 3 years of payments to your trustee. Unsecured creditors must get out of our face and your life forever. Secured creditors, such as your mortgage company, for example, you simply resume normal payments, and so everything is normal with them, as it was before the bankruptcy ever happened.
Yeah my husb wntd to pay his off and there wz a penalty,, but I think everyone gt paid
