Go to http://annualcreditreport.com as this is the site set up for the purpose of complying with the government law requiring credit agencies to give out FREE reports.
Why are ;you canceling the cards? I would strongly recommend that you NOT cancel them, as this will cause your credit score to take a dramatic drop. If this is due to a divorce, then research your options. You many simply need to have your name removed.

there no charge, and you can do it once a year, after the first time per year they do charge, but they do not require a credit card or charge monthly fees if you cancel like some companies
Go to your bank and tell them the problem. The web sites that will supposedly tell you about this will also charge you or make you sign a contract for a years service.
The bank can do a search with the credit reporting agencies and they can tell you what cards are out with your name on them.
Don't mess around with this. I had it happen and it took me years to straighten out the mess.

I ask this because cancelling cards all at once will immediately drop your credit score. I wouldn't do it for debt reasons. Theft is another story.
