I applied for my slaute card... get a online account and sent my payment of 20 dollars and it shows up on my account and I have been calling for 2 days to activate the card. have not been able to get through.. keep getting a message that says "we're sorry all agents are helping other customers, please try your call later" and it disconnects. how do you get through to them to activate the card? but if you look closely at their credit card and at another credit card.. it's not the same.. they may have the visa logo on the bottom and most credit card and debit card have a visa or mc logo and a reflector of a picture of a bird or soemthing right above that logo. However, on salute visa card.. there is nothing like that above the logo.. it's on the back of the card.. is this a legal credit card? I know most credit cards/debit cards have 2 forms of logos on the front.

Some banks are putting the credit card hologram on the back of the credit and debit cards instead of the front. Yes, it legal. Yes, it is a Visa Credit card.
Sometimes, when you sign up for online service with your card, it becomes activated. Try it. Just tell the merchant it may not work because it may not have been activated. Have some cash ready.
