if you join, make sure you read the fine print about termination.
Crappy companies almost always can be identified by the termination agreement."automatic renewal" is a clear sign they suck, IMO. In most instances, It means that you will automatically get your credit card tagged for another year of service even if you really don't want it.
Crappy companies do this to survive, because almost no one would voluntarily opt for another year of service. In fact, you can probably discover this b4 u join.regard it as a warning if u see it.
