There is only one way which is unfortunate, I played the same game because a family member started accounts in my name, You need to get a lawyer. First you can try calling again and ASK IF YOU NEED TO GET "LEGAL REPRESENTATION"! This usually scares the crap out of most because if YOU are right they not only have to set your accounts correctly but they have to pay for your lawyer as well. So make sure you are willing to go the distance. You may have to pay out of pocket for you lawyer and then get reimbursed by the company. Most agencies will give you a free interview and tell you about what they can do for you. In some cases some law firms won't charge you unless they succeed. Good luck it's a pain in the you know what!
Make sure the addresses that they have you living at are correct. Ifound an error on one of my reports and once that was corrected, the error was removed. I also worked closely with my credit union and they verified to one of them that I was in fact not the person on the report.. However, the Orchid lady, (who I would not piss off), is right. In the last inning, getting a lawyer may be the only way to go..
