How can I bring my credit card payments into one?

Between my husband and I we have like 6 credit cards. I want to know if there is a way to pay some of those off without consolidating. It is just the really sucky ones with the high interest rates. They are probably a total of $6000, but if I could just pay off a few this would help. I don't think I could get another credit card and transfer the balances. Is it possible to get a small loan for this?

You may be able to get a small loan from a bank. Thats what my brother did, twice.
Depending on your joint income, you cpuld possibly get a credit card to consolidate with, however that would be a foolish move, with the high interest rates.

Getting a bank loan to pay off the cards IS consolidating. If you have any equity in a home, or even a car, you may be able to use it as collateral to get a better rate.
