If i was put on title of home and mother was taken off..will this hurt my credit?
Answers:
Your credit score will take a dip, some temporary, some more permanent. Getting new credit of any kind will cause your score to take a small hit until the history starts showing on time payments. What will keep it lower for a longer time is the amount of credit you now owe relative to your income. If they are late with a payment it will also hurt your credit.
If they make all the payments on time it would possibley improve your credit.
If they make the payments late, it will harm your credit.
Also, this loan could keep you from getting your own credit in the future for something else. It isn't just about your credit score, it is also you debt to income and other ratios that creditors look at.
