Is it possible to remove my previous addresses and phone numbers from my credit reports?

and just have the current on there?

No you cannot. This information is used to help determine your credit.

Nothing can be removed prematurly from you credit unless it was put there fraudulently.
If they are in error yes, no problem. If you just want them removed without good reason you are going to have a problem.
