Depends what ur after. If you want to be ompressive then Am. Express. If u want no 3% overseas or out of country fee then Capitol. Now if you don't revolve and want rbates on your purchases and don't want to impress but want a rebatable card then Visa or Master Card (I have both and get 4% back on gas purchase and 1% back on other stuff) If you pay cash u get nothing plus in areas u have to put money done when u rent a car.
