credit card for a person with no credit.

Answers:
Store credit cards are easy to get-- but they have extremely high interest rates and hidden fees. You might want to try a credit card designed specifically to help build or improve your credit here:

Although these credit cards tend to have higher interest rates (and additional fees) when compared to 'standard' credit cards-- they're still much cheaper than store cards! Plus, they'll allow you to build and improve your credit score over time.

Hope this helps. GOOD LUCK!
They use a bank called Monogram. Pretty easy to get, if you already have a major credit card.
Store cards are the easiest to get.
I applied for a JCPenny card 2 years ago. Was turned down due to no credit history. I had paid for everything in cash for 15 years. Was surprised that I was turned down since I often ordered from their catalog and paid with a Visa debit card, and had heard store cards were the easiest to be approved. I ended up getting a secured card and my credit has improved greatly. That might be a better option for you to start building your credit.
