Have you try James? But again, they will check your credit status with Credit Bureau just like all legal financial institute.

For illegal "financial institute", I suppose not possible to post here.

type in loan on any search engine and wah-la, you will get many different loan companies be careful and make sure you read the terms and conditions because each offer may be totally differnt in repayment structure and intrest
