Credit. What is the cheapest and easiest way to clean up your credit report?
Answers:
pay your bills on time, manage the accounts you have, pay down debt, keep old accounts open, don't charge more than you can pay, dispute the errors (if any)
Get a copy of your credit report and pay off all your debt and keep paying on time..
Pay on time

get a free copy of your credit report and look for any discrepancies! Make sure it is as accurate as possible. The amount of open credit on your report can reflect badly if it is too much... so if you have accounts with lenders that show open but there is no balance, make sure to close that line of credit. Also, whatever credit cards you do have, lower the credit limit for the same reasons (just not so low that you might overdraw)
paying bills on time every time is the best way to stay clear of credit trouble
Have a word with your doctor
slip him a few bob and get a dodgy death certificate
paying on time is an easy answer. but, the root of most credit problems is not being able to pay to all of the different creditors. you could get a consolidation loan where you only pay one monthly payment to one company, but that isn't always the best solution. by obtaining a consolidation loan, you can pay off your credit, but you are not showing the ability to pay it off on-time over a period of time. all it shows is that you had bad credit and paid it off.
if you already have bad credit, which i am assuming you do, the best thing to do is to start paying on time. most credit reporting companies keep marks on your report for about 5 to 7 years. by showing a trend (that you are paying on time now), you can usually write them a letter and ask them if they would be willing to remove some of those marks on your history a little earlier if you can pay off your credit and are making a good effort to do so. and, by paying on time from this point, you are showing that you are a better credit risk for the future (restoring your credit). some companies will not budge, but that is the cheapest way i can think of to get some help... and the company who put the mark on your credit is the only one who can remove it!
May I suggest a site that can help you with your credit issues.

Best regards,
Get a copy of your credit report from www.annualcreditreport.com and make sure that everything is accurate. You can not remove anything that is true, but if there are things on there that are not true, contact the credit bureaus and contest them. They have 30-days to prove the information true or they must remove it.
After that, get yourself a credit card even if you have to get a secured card and use it for everyday purchases like gas and food being careful never to exceed 30% of your credit limit in any given month. Make you payments on time every month and pay in full every month.
After you have done this for around 12-months you will have re-established your credit and should be able to get a good credit card. Do the same thing with the new one, but do not cancel the first one since 35% of your score comes from payment history. Just let it sit with a $0 balance and use the new one.
After about another 12-months you should be in good shape.
I know it's a long process but it takes years to establish graet credit and only a couple of months to trash it.
