How to build credit if I'm a foreign student?

I don't have a SSN

Answers:
Do you have a bank account? If so, many banks offer a low amount credit card to assist in building credit. My first credit card only allowed me to spend $250 and would not allow me to go over that credit limit. From there, you just work your way up. Apply for a store credit card, like JC Penny or Sears, and use your bank account and bank credit card as a reference. It's not easy to do, especially if you're young. I'm not sure on all the legal aspects regarding us citizenship. You may have to obtain your citizenship first.
umm thats hard, try to get a ssn first
do u have a tax ID?
Open a bank account and get a debit/credit card.

In order to do this without a social security number in the USA, you can't open a US account. Open a foreign account and build your credit history there, it should apply to your credit history if you ever end up living here.
you cant got to have ss
