Can my creditor take my assets in Texas when my debt is all insecured debt?

I have a collection agency threatening to file a judgement claim against me. I heard from a credit counselor that they can not take any of my assets such as my car (which is leased), my house, or cease my bank account etc.

What can they do in Texas?

Answers:
Well in Texas I know they can not garnish your wages and if you still owe money on your car and home the most they can do is file liens on them.

I'm not sure about your bank account. In most States they can attach bank accounts.
once they have a judgment they can take that judgment and attached it to any assets you may own,

now since the car is leased, they can not attach, on the house I assume you have note, so they can place a lien on the property but can not force you to sell the property

if they find your bank account they can go after any monies in the account in general there are excpetion if the monies is from ssi etc
