How do I cancel a state wage garnishment? They pay my child support very late.?

you need to go to family court and ask for a review.there should be a office or service for you to request a review. they will ask you why and after a few question they will give you a sheet to fill out. then all you do is wait for a court date your ex will have to go also. the judge will ask you why do you want to cancel this arrangement and ask you if your doing it on your own free will. it's a lengthily process .
if you budget properly then you should wait until you get the garnished check. it's better for both of you. he has proof he paid and you know you will be paid.
Good luck.a friend of mine agreed to the garnishment when he divorced and even when he moved out of state and it was taking forever for payments to get to his ex the court would not budge. That was 8 years ago and they just took his last garnishment. I believe you are stuck with this. Sorry
