How can landlord add eviction to credit report without my address?
Answers:
I used to work for experian and in order for it to go onto the correct report she must have your SSN, BUT since she knows the address where you rented she can contact the light co,phone co,etc and get the SSN. If she really wants it bad enough she will find it one way or the other. Most landlords don't even report it. The only ones that go to all that trouble are the bigger complexes and they usually have SSN on file.
How filing process works. Landlord gives to credit company they have an account with (usually the one that does their credit background checks), a copy of judgement entered into a public court record that you failed to pay rent and were evicted. Landlord doesn't need your address. They already have your full name, previous address, DOB, SSN. They also give copy of any restitutuion you have made on unpaid rental agreement.

So you used a fake last name and social security number?
Um, if your landlord doesn't know who you are, they can't put anything on your credit report. If they know your address, you'll be seen in small claims court as long as real court for identity theft.
Good luck!
