Anyone know anything about Tradelines?

My husband swears they will do wonders for our credit but I am not so sure. Are they legal? Even though credit attorneys sell them? I am told that they are legal and then I am told the opposite. Whats the deal? Anyone have experience with these tradelines?

Answers:
Purchasing seasoned tradelines is a scam and extremely risky.

If you do it to gain credit (loans, mortgage or general credit) you may be looking at fraud charges.

You have no idea who those people are that are getting YOUR personal information. You may find that you have placed yourself open for ID theft.

My advice - stay away from it.
Ever hear the saying "Cops didn't see it...I didn't do it.."?

Technically placing tradelines on your credit report is illegal. But the only way the would know is if you filed a dispute about it...and why would you?

With the terrible oversight that the credit bureau has, it can easily be done. But if you get caught..
Studly is correct. It's kind of like that stop sign you ran way out in the country. No body say it, so it never happened.

Like he says, it is illegal. So if you choose to do this just don't get caught.
no and be careful
