If an account is removed from your credits by court order?

is the creditor fined?

Answer:
I would imagine that a creditor would have a certain amount of days from which the court order went into effect (which probably varies from state to state) to remove the account from your file.
I dont understand what your question is?
I don't think so
if like you went through a divorce and the courts award all your debts to your spouse, no one was to recognize that agreement. that agreement would be between you, your spouse, and the courts. the credit card company already has an agreement and does not have to change it.
