we migrated to U.S. when i was little, as i grow older like 19 years old, our family decided to go back to philippines...now that im here i'm planning to sell things on ebay, well i already have a paypal account with no credit card yet when i was in U.S.the problem is paypal philippines is limited, you can send money but you can not request money (means buyers can not pay you through paypal), so i have no choice but to use my paypal in U.S. with my ebay addresses here in the philippines..my question is is this possible? if it is possible can i change my paypal address in U.S.? and can i used credit card here while my paypal is registered in U.S.?

Changing information on paypal is a pain. To change my name, when I got married, I had to fax them a copy of my marriage license.
I found the information for changing names on the paypal website. Go to there FAQ section and you should be able to find something there.
i would call paypal and ask them what to do . They have their number on the website .
