I have bad credit unpaid phone bill student loan how do i go about it?

do i pay the company directly or the collection agency. im trying to fix my credit

Answers:
Call the original phone co. and try to get them to let you pay for delete.
Pay the collection agency--they've already purchased the debt from the company, so now you owe the agency.
