First u have to apply for a credit card. then u have to submit documents such as id proof, residence proof, salary proof, if not a salaried person then ur income tax return. After submiting the documents they will verify ur documents by sending an officer to ur home and by telephone also. After verification they will issue a credit card. I suggest u that If u have a landline number then pls mention it as ur default number. This will help u.
Wonder what could be your problem,if you are eligible and only this matters,the leeches will do everything to give you & hook on to you with the plastic.
