If i use a credit car to rent a car they put a hold on it but i go back and pay cash will it still show up on?

Assuming there is no outstanding damage to the car, the hold will be removed. It is just there to ensure they get paid (and that you have the credit to pay the rental fee).
just remind them about it, and watch while they transmit.
no it should not show up at all. if they think you broke something they could deduct from your card though
No they won't charge the credit card if u pay with cash. They only want the card in case u wreck it. And as a safety precaution for them.
