How can I make a minimum 24% gain on my money each year?

Answer:
The best thing is to start a small business, but you might have to choose something that is simple, easy and safe. A small business in most cases can triple what you invested. You could also invest in stocks but stocks are long term investments. There are many other things you just need to think outside the box. But for me the best bet is a small business think about it.
I think everyone would like to know the answer to that!
easy

give up the internet.. and cable
stop smoking/drinking

sell your car (assuming its newer or one you make payments on)- buy a $500 car

biggest and best way to gain money is live cheaply - save - buy a house - pay it off as quick as you can.. once you no longer pay rent you will be much better off
The only sure bet is to use your money to pay off credit card debt. Even though you won't be increasing the $$ in your pocket, you will be reducing your debt at a rate equivalent to earning the APR on your credit cards. It may not be the answer you were hoping for, but it's the right answer, fiscally speaking.
The only risk free way to make money is to invest in government backed securities like t-bills. Everything else is a tradeoff between risk and return.meaning that you might lose a good portion of your money if things don't work out. Demanding a 24% return means you better be willing to accept a lot of risk. You are looking for something less risky AND rewarding than the lottery, roullette, double or nothing on flipping a coin, stock options.hedge funds, going long on stocks is probably in the zone where you should be thinking.
Real Estate - reguardless of what some people say. I am a full time real estate investor. You can easley make 24% gain your money each year. If you have a good sum of money you can make somewhere between 20-50% gain on your money every 60 days. The real estate business is one that is tricky and a little risky but the reward is worth the risk. If you know nothing about real estate get some knowledge or partner up with someone that does. If you would like more info send me an e-mail at uspropsc@yahoo.com and I will be glad to share some of my knowledge with you.
Calls and puts on the options market, currency swaps, commodities trading. All of these have high risk, so if you don't know what you are doing, you can lose everything and then some. Stick with stock market on average 8% per year long term.
Go into business for yourself, or perform illegal activities.
