Prepaid Visa card and Paypal account?

Hi I was wondering If I can use a prepaid visa card to start a paypal account? If so will I be able to withdraw funds from paypal and send to the visa prepaid card? also what kind of visa prepaid would I need? thank you very much for helping me

Yes you can I dunno if Paypal will send funds to the card but I do know that you can send funds from the card to the Paypal account. I have a Rushcard and it's ok, not the best because of the fees and what not but it works good for me. Once you get the card in the mail it will come with a direct deposit paper and that will have your routing number on it and then you use your card number as the account number and you can set it up like that. The only thing is that when you make your first deposit on this card $19.95 is taken out for activation but that the only high fee that comes with the card.
