no bankruptcy is based on honesty to do something frivolous like lipo then declare bankruptcy will just cause you too many headaches with your credit carriers . Be honest and try not to rack up extra bills before hand show that you mean it and you'll get a better result.
Yes you could do that BUT that doens't mean that the U.S. government will accept it and issue you a "charge off"
The bankruptcy laws have changed tremendously and doing something like that will get you denied.plus simply because you filed for bankruptcy will destroy your credit for the next 7yrs without actually geting any of the benefits you filed for bankruptcy in the first place.be careful
