If I go to all my creditors and pay what i owe will they remove if from my credit file. I live in scotland?

If you pay what you owe then yes, it will eventually show on your credit file that you have paid off the debt. It could take a few months though.
Yes, if you fully settle what you owe them, they will remove what you owe from the credit file. The best thing is do is on the spot ask the creditor to acknowledge the receipt and remove you from the file immediately.
as far as I am aware no they won't but they are obliged to mark the entry as satisfied. 6 years after default it will be taken off.
