How long should I wait on hold?

I'm applying for a loan application, and the lady said, "I need to put you on hold to pull up your profile."... its been 20 minutes on hold already!

Answers:
depends on how important it is. if you think it's been to long hang up and call back and complain... they should have some courtesy to tell you it is taking longer or that you should stay on hold
i give it 20 min after that hang up call back and report her
