Credit card balance,,two offers 0% until oct 2007 or6.9% fixed apr life of balance pick which one is best?

which of two deals is best offer for card i owe $3800

Answer:
Probably neither..most credit cards offer those rates on purchases only. There will be fine print somewhere that tells you that the deal is too good to be true (i.e. the introductory rate doesn;t apply to balance transfers, ot has a shorter time spoan that the purchase offeretc)
Not enough information.

What is interest rate of first offer after Oct. 07?
How much will you pay off per month and for how long?
go with the first one, then get another one like that, once it ends

if you are not big money spender and you know that you going to pay your credit card balance in time frame 0% cc give you- i will take this one, but if you like to keep balance on your cc- choose the one with 6.9% fixed rate. it is pretty good deal.
Do u know the rates in India citibank cards-45% p.a, Standard Chartered-50% p.a, HSBC- 50% P.a Do u Know how they charge, Service charges, other chargers, Late fee charges, Benefit charges etc, Do u know all these banks have nexus with police and recruits goondas, remand prisioners, convicts for collection. So be careful. ofcourse u are not living here but still injustice anywhere is a hurdle to justice everywhere. Do u Know who said this an american Sir Martin Luther King.
I'm not sure exactly what you're asking but I saw something like this last week on our local news it's called DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. A lady got a Discover with 0% interest for 1 year on BALANCE TRANSFERS. It never said anything about new purchases. She transfer ed 18K from other cards to her new one, it did have 0% until she went out and made a $600 purchase on it. Her purchase was hit with 22% and as with all credit cards your purchases are the things you pay off last ( they're added to the balance you already have). Since the card company doesn't put interest on some things and not others, she has to pay 22% on everything now. The news broadcaster told her had she transfer ed her 18K to the card, then cut it up so she couldn't use it she would have been OK, just pay n it every month. Whatever you're trying to do, read it a carefully. Had this woman read hers she would be paying 0% but because she made one small purchase it messed her up. She would have been better off not getting the card. I don't know if this helps. Good luck.
