You probably won't be able to unless someone with good credit cosigns for you or you put something as collateral like your car. Many banks are against personal loans because there is no collateral so if you default they really have no way of getting their money back. With something like a car or a house they can reposses it and sell it to make up the money you owe.
You also have to be 18 to get a loan by yourself since it is considered a legally binding contract and minors can't sign contracts without parent's permission.
You wont unless you have a good cosigner or collateral.
Sure you might be able to find some rip off loan place but you should really stay away from them.
ofcourse from ur boy friend he is the only person who wont mention it in his credit history and moreover it would be personal also :)) he he he he he ,,, just kidding yaar
anyhow in my opinion there are few private and local banks here in india who provide loans without your old credit history ..
